Carlton United Brewery
Halcrow MWT formed an integral part of the Project Planning Team which developed the Stage 1 Masterplan for the redevelop of the Carlton and United Brewery Site. The site is currently Sydney CBD's largest development site.
Our work included a public transport assessment, traffic and parking impact assessment, block by block car park design, service vehicle access design and the development of a Paramics microsimulation model to test future traffic forecasts and proposed new arterial road connections to the site.
